She was very patient and willing to answer all my questions whenever they came up. Next, Dale came to my place and explained the entire process in detail, alleviating any concerns I had. Sergio and his crew did an excellent job with roof work and clean up. They were very respectful, detail-oriented, and punctual. Once the job was done, Laura in billing was very responsive and always provided me with all the documents that I requested.
