In order to follow all social distancing practices that are in place and to be mindful of each other’s health, Next Level Roofers wanted to let you know what you can expect when a member of our team meets with you for your scheduled appointment.
A member of our team will arrive for the scheduled meeting and ring your doorbell and immediately move back 6 feet or more. They will safely discuss your roofing needs and determine the best course of action. They will not present you with a business card at this time.
If there is a leak that is visible from inside, they will do their best to diagnose the issue from the roof only. They will not enter your home to look at any telltale signs.
Once the member of our team has been able to determine what the issue is, they will leave your property and communicate by phone and email. At this point they will be able to provide you with information on their findings and answer any questions you might have. They also will be able to provide you with pictures. We will provide you with a proposal the following day.
